READING CIRCLES MEETING

Sunday, April 21 @ 9 a.m.

In partnership with Arrive Ministries, this summer we will be hosting Reading Circles at the 5th Street SW apartments. This ministry encourages us to live into our Connectional and Missional values, providing an opportunity for us to represent Jesus and live out our faith while we build relationships with our neighbors! Sun., April 21 @ 9a.m. in Room 104, you will have a chance to hear stories from last year and ways to serve this year. Hear how you can be a "doer of God's Word" and bless our community this summer!

COMMUNION MILESTONE CLASS

Sunday, April 28 @ 9 a.m.

(3rd-5th grade children and their parents)

Special events that mark spiritual growth can help children and their parents establish lasting milestone markers that will guide a child into a future faith. This Communion class is designed for kids who are ready to learn and understand the meaning of Communion (we recommend 3rd-5th grade). During the COMMUNION class, children and their parents learn the significance of communion, the history of this ceremony, and how to approach the Lord's Supper as a family. Let Stephanie know if your family will be attending this class. 320-894-2797

PARENT GROUP

WEDNESDAY, April 10 @ 9 a.m.

This month, parents and grandparents will be encouraged with a video session from Natasha Cains. Natasha is a national speaker, author of four books, blogger, and podcaster whose passion is to help Christians think more clearly about holding to a biblical worldview in the midst of an increasingly challenging secular culture. Her session, "The Art of Family Conversations" comes from her video series based on her book, "Talking with Your Kids About Jesus". If you are a parent or grandparent, you are invited to join Mike and Barb Buer as they lead you in conversations that equip, support, and encourage you to disciple the next generation. Questions?
